How paying works

Checkout on luxerand.com runs on Shopify's hosted checkout. Your card details go directly to the payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.

Ways to pay

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. They depend on your country and generally include major credit and debit cards, as well as express wallets (like PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, if applicable).

Currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount and may add its own foreign transaction fee.

Encryption

Every page of our site and the checkout are served over HTTPS, meaning what you enter is fully encrypted between your browser and the server.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. We will safely pack and dispatch your trays and accessories once the payment has cleared.

Fraud checks

Orders pass through the payment processor's automated fraud checks. Occasionally, an order is held for a manual security review; if that happens to yours, we will email you before anything is dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original card or account you used to pay. How long they take to appear depends entirely on your bank or payment provider. Our Refund Policy sets out the specific conditions under which a refund applies.

Duties and taxes

Import duties or local taxes may be charged when a parcel enters your country. These charges are not included in our prices. If charged, they must be paid by you and are collected by the local carrier or customs authority.
