What are the differences between the Mist Box and Mist Tray?

The Mist Box is a deeper, block-style piece perfect for holding bar soap, jewelry, or small bathroom essentials. The Mist Tray is a wider, flatter catch-all tray ideal for organizing skincare bottles, perfumes, or displaying items on a vanity or kitchen counter.

Will the pattern match the photos exactly?

No. Because our resin pieces are crafted to mimic natural stone and marble, the veining, color distribution, and marbling effect vary from batch to batch and piece to piece. The photos represent the overall colorway (like Charcoal or Seafoam), but your piece will be entirely unique.

Do I have to assemble anything?

No. All our trays, boxes, and organizers arrive fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.

Are they waterproof and suitable for the bathroom?

Yes. The solid resin material is water-resistant, making them excellent choices for wet environments like bathroom sinks, shower ledges, or kitchen counters. Just ensure you wipe away soapy residue periodically to keep the finish looking fresh.

What if something arrives damaged or chipped?

Email photographs to info@luxerand.com within 7 days of delivery, including the damaged piece and the packaging box. We will send a replacement or refund you. See the Refund policy for details.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch from Hong Kong within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 14 business days to the United States and 10 to 20 elsewhere. Details are in the Shipping policy.

What does shipping cost?

$15 per order to the United States, free on US orders of $200 or more, and $35 per order everywhere else. Every order is tracked. *(Note: You can update these rates in the code if your actual shipping prices differ).*

Will I pay import duties?

Possibly. Duties and taxes depend on the rules of the country the parcel enters, including the United States. They are not included in our prices and, if charged, are collected by the carrier.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us first; the Refund policy has the details.

Can I cancel an order?

Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has left our facility, the returns terms apply instead.
